They look up records to see what your car needs, check it all over and lets you know what you need down the road. (like new tires before winter.)

Great Service -- Questionable Product Quality
Recently, one of the doors on my 2016 Tucson refused to open from either the inside or outside. The service department diagnosed and fixed the problem. My question is this: why should I have to pay $450? Properly working doors should be something that Hyundai guarantees for their customers.

Service with follow up
A vibrating steering wheel brought me in for service. I left the car while repairs were completed. Valet picked me up and I got away soon after. Later my wife found the trunk would not open with the remote. I called service and they repaired the problem after a very short visit. Very satisfied with the service department.
