Most dealerships do good work on the car, but what sets Modern Hyundai apart is the wonderful people!! They are helpful during the entire process..... from scheduling to final billing. The service was performed quickly and accurately. The service staff was very professional and courteous. Something new this trip was not having to go to the cashier to make payment. I purchased a car that was brought here from the Hickory dealership. They sent the car through the inspection and decided that 2 of the tires needed replacing, so they replaced them all, completed the inspection and cleaned up my car. They did a fine job.

outstanding sales and service
the experience started when I began bringing our 14 Elantra in for routine maintenance and received service experience far above any other facility I have used in the past. Fast forward about two years and I ended up trading in the Elantra for a new 19 Kona Renan Sandalo and after an outstanding no pressure, enjoyable experience I came back about a month and a half later and bought a 19 Sante Fe... Superstars as far as i'm concerned
