Friendliness of service advisors makes you feel appreciated, also, it's ususally quick & easy to take care of vehicle maintenance. Relaxing waiting area.
It's nice to be recognized by the employees each time we go in for service. This helps build good customer service which will bring return business to both the sales & service depts. They get you in/out as quickly as possible & keep you informed of the progress on your vehicle while you wait in a comfy waiting area. Would definitely recommend Modern Hyundai.

The service I received was outstanding from entering until exiting the building. The team there is superior. My son had brought the car in due to a problem. They treated him and my grandson excellent. The car has to stay there and the people at the dealership took them to s rental car place . Waited until everything was good but unfortunately my son had left his wallet home the guy from the dealership took him home to get it and back to the rental place . My son expressed to me mom they are the best people we dealt with in forever . I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism and most of all the service was outstanding.

Going the extra mile
Mr. Bruce provided a superior guest experience; from the welcoming greeting, called to check to see if a part I needed was covered under my warranty (which it was), explain my service evaluation sheet so I better understood issues that need to be handled right away ( which we purchased the battery needed right there) and all the work was completed in no time as stated! I love the way Bruce and ALL the employees treat the guests at Hyundai so, why go anywhere else!!
