Kevin said this business has great customer service and Kim kept him updated along the way. He also said there was a slight delay because he got a text from Kim saying the vehicle would be ready Tuesday, but it was delayed to the following day, around noon. Kevin said he does not know why the vehicle was delayed only that Kim said he forgot something. It was about half a day late because of this.
