Susan said she was told by this business that if she paid for the part up front they could order it and notify her when it arrived so she could take her vehicle in and not wait a long time. She took her vehicle in on Friday and this business told her they would begin work on Monday and it would be ready on the Friday of that week. She said it took until Wednesday of the following week for the work to be finished. The business representative told her it was because of a parts delay. She said this business would email her with cryptic emails concerning the status of her vehicle. She just wanted to know when she could get her vehicle, but the emails told her about other things that she did not quite understand. When she called this business the representative would push the due date back day by day. This business made three different promises for when she could get her vehicle back. She would not recommend this business to others based on this experience. She said she had previously used this business with no problems and she decided to use them again, even though the bid from this business was higher than the other businesses she looked at. This visit cost her $250 more than it would have cost elsewhere and she was not happy with the delays. She will not be returning to this business. She said the representative she worked with was great.
