Spoke with Robert D. He said he was with his fiance, Monica when she picked the vehicle up and dropped it off and the business never said the deductible had to be paid to them. He said his fiance was infuriated that they never told her anything and they just assumed that she would know. He said he and his fiance will never return to this business for the above reason. They paid this business the deductible, but it would have been nice if they had been told.The work was good. The repairs were absolutely perfect. The due date was pushed back 3 days and he received emails to notify him that the vehicle had been disassembled, painted, and reassembled, but he was never given a reason for the delay. He said he doesn't know if the emails were automated and he doesn't know how things worked during the repair. The damage was very minor. He said he felt his vehicle wasn't a priority because the job was small. It cost money every day for the rental vehicle or the insurance. The final bill cost more than the estimate. He said Monica received a bill, but she did not get a receipt that indicated that she paid the deductible. Monica is going to call to see if the receipt can be sent in the mail because she doesn't want to have to return. He said Monica plans to write to BMW and State Farm because she didn't like how the experience was handled. The situation was messy. He said they were polite and friendly, but he did not like the way things were handled. He wouldn't recommend this business because the communication was poor and they assumed that everybody should know details of repair experience, but not everyone does.
