Juan said the customer service wasn't what it should be. He said the work took a week longer than promised and they told him it was because the insurance didn't complete the paperwork. He said the business didn't fax the paperwork as quickly as they should have. When the vehicle was returned to him, he told them there were two unmatched tires on the vehicle. He said the manager was offended, he didn't show concern for his problem and the issue was never resolved. He said he would not recommend this business to others based on this experience.
