Brandon said this business had his vehicle for too long. They initially told him he would get it back in 2 weeks. After they had it for a couple of days they informed him they were back logged, and would have it back to him in a month. Brandon had already rented a vehicle. They sent emails, but he would have preferred more phone calls. One of the last emails said assembly completed, and his wife thought this meant the vehicle was ready. She thought she could pick it up the morning she read the above email, but they didn't get it back until the afternoon because it had to be cleaned up. The quality of their work was very good, but the back log was the issue. This business should have known they were going to be back logged when he scheduled the appointment, and should have been up-front with him when he called to schedule an appointment. The thoroughness of the person who prepared the estimate was good, and this business explained everything they were going to do for him.
