Lizbeth said she wasn't given updates well and she called to see what was happening. Also, the promised date kept extending further. It ended up being about two months later and the reason for the delay had to do with getting parts. After three weeks, she wasn't getting email updates. She called to see what was happening. The reason she's not satisfied with the estimate is because they kept pushing the delivery date back. It took some time to hear back from them after she left voice messages. She would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.
