Herbert said they did a pretty good job and he was happy with the quality of the repair, but his vehicle was not ready when promised. They had the vehicle for one month and there was a parts delay, which took 10 days. He had to go back several times to get things done properly. He said he was not kept informed during the repair process because he had to call every day to get updated.
