Alicia said her experience was good. She was not promised a date as to when her vehicle would be ready. There was a time when they had to stop working on the repairs since they were waiting for the insurance company's approval. They called her when it was ready for pick up. She appreciated them texting and emailing her regarding the progress on her vehicle, even though she was out of town.
