Ling said he is 99 percent satisfied with the quality of the repair because he had to bring the vehicle back to have them look at something, but chose not to elaborate. When he got his vehicle back there were a couple of scratch marks on the brand new bumper they had just fixed. He said he knows they would have fixed it, but it is more of a hassle for him to bring it back in for the repairs.
