Jeff said this visit took forever and the business messed it up two or three times. The back brake light was supposed to be fixed, but it was not and he has not been contacted about this. They never apologized. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because of the back brake light issue. He has looked at the paint as well and it is not the best. A dimple in the back bumper was not taken care of. He showed up when they told him it was ready, but it took an extra two and a half hours over small details that had to be taken care of first. Jose was too slow in getting back to him, so he was not kept adequately informed and not satisfied with the communication. Chase has not emailed him back about anything. He would not recommend them over the reasons already mentioned.
