James said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because they did not finish the work. He chose not to elaborate what specific work was not finished. He was not given a promised time for his vehicle to be ready. He said he was not satisfied with the communication because they did not tell him that the repair work was not finished. He had to find out himself that they didn't do the repairs thoroughly.

The incompleted work that James is talking about is a rock chip that was not caused by the accident. His insurance would not approve repairing the rock chip because it was preexisting. When the vehicle was in the paint booth the crack from the rock chip grew bigger due to the extreme temperature. Although the rock chip was not part of the accident, we submitted supplement request to his insurance which subsequently approved.
