Cheryl said she rated her overall experience with the business a 2 instead of a 5 because it took so long to finish her vehicle, it took extremely long. She was not completely satisfied with the quality of the repair because her vehicle still drives shaky but she has not had the time to take it back to the business and she does not want her vehicle to be there for another month. The business changed her promised time for her vehicle 4 times and for the forth time her vehicle was ready 3 and a half hours later than promised because her battery was not delivered yet. She was not completely satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because she does not feel like she was put as a priority and she assumes they put other clients in front of her. She was not satisfied with the business's communication because the day before the battery incident she was going to get her vehicle but they called her and told her they found a spot on it and were going to buff and wash it and it would not be ready until the next day. She would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated. She would not recommend this business in the Bel Air location but she might recommend the one in the Katy location.
