Blake said the business fixed his window trim and always answered his calls. He did not have to wait and his vehicle was clean when he got it back. His vehicle was 2 weeks late because more money was needed from the insurance company. The insurance company was dragging their feet. He had no promise date. He was not happy with the person that prepared his estimate because he knew more was wrong with his vehicle than they wanted to fix. The bumper had to be replaced and more damage was behind the bumper, which needed an okay from the insurance company to repair. Terry was great and kept him informed.
