John said he was very impressed with the quality of work and the communication. He also appreciates how he was seen right away and the vehicle was done quickly. He said he thinks the emails are a wonderful way to keep the customers updated, that is a awesome addition. He is recommending this place of business to everyone he knows even people who don't have a BMW.
