Shandra said the employees at this business always kept in contact with her and let her know what was going on with her vehicle. They made sure she received the best service for her vehicle. The insurance company wanted them to repair her vehicle, but the technician told them the parts were too damaged and had to be replaced because they were beyond repair. She appreciated that because another business would have repaired it and taken the cheaper way out. Her vehicle is new, so she does not want anything repaired. She appreciated them not going with the insurance company for they did the right thing for her vehicle and her safety. She received excellent service.
