Priyanko said the business properly repaired his vehicle, but they had it a whole week before they started working on it. There was some sort of miscommunication and when he called to find out if his vehicle was ready he was told they had not yet started, but after that call he said they started and did have it ready in 1 week. The first week before any work had begun he had received a text telling him they were in the process of assembling something, he does not know what, unless it was the bumper.
