Spoke with Patricia. She said they were very courteous and easy to deal with, both on the phone as well as in person. The repairs took a little longer than she thought it should take, but that may have been because of the age of her vehicle. She has not had a chance to contact them about a few electronic issues she has noticed because she has been on the road since picking up her vehicle. There have been a few messages come up on the dashboard during this trip, one of which is a message about the left turn signal not working. This should have been repaired as the work was to the front of the vehicle. When she gets back home, she will need to contact them for an appointment to bring it back in. They did not promise exactly when her vehicle would be ready.
