Mark said this business was good however, he didn't feel that the feedback was adequate. He said the vehicle took a couple hours longer than promised but no reason was given for the delay. he was not adequately informed but did not elaborate as to why. He also said there was no estimate prepared, and he chose the business based on a mix up but did not elaborate.
