Matt said the business did not really correspond and did not know he set up 2 appointments, but he had no issues with the repair. It was good. The business was not accountable to their text messages and they never called on the day the vehicle was supposed to be dropped off. He had to call and ask when the vehicle would be ready. He never got an estimate because his insurance dealt with the price.
