Faizullah said he was not very happy with his overall experience. It was not ready when promised. It took really long. There was an issue with the insurance company and he had to consistently call this business for find out what was going on. He does not recall how late it was. He did not hear back from them and was not very happy with this. It was frustrating to go through this even though they were respectful with him. They did quality control but it did not work so they had to do it again. It was a lot of back and forth, several times. He was overall happy with the quality of the work.
