Rawia said her vehicle was late at this business and it took them six weeks to finish her service. They sent for the wrong parts 3 times, but she noted that it was the part company's fault because they sent this facility the wrong parts. She does not know if she is satisfied with the person who prepared the estimate because it was handled by the insurance. She noted the employees were very nice and she chose them because she believed it would be easiest for them to service her type of vehicle. She just called them today because her vehicle's computer needs to be set, and she is waiting for their call back to handle it.
