Carmelita said it was hard to get a hold of anyone at the facility during the repair. There are scratches on both sides of the vehicle which were not there prior to it being repaired. The seat belt signal is still on inside the vehicle. She does not know if the alignment and brakes were checked during the repair. When the vehicle was rear-ended, it raised up. There was no promise of time given. She was only contacted when the repair was started then when it had been completed. She was not shown or given any paperwork regarding the estimate on the vehicle. She is not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel or the communication due to not having any contact during the repair. She would not recommend due to the limited contact with the facility during the repair.
