Michael said this facility was really helpful and told him everything that was going on and they did a really good job. The repair was 9 days late but it was not the facility's fault. The original insurance claim was not enough to cover the repairs and the facility had to wait on the insurance to redo the claim and because of this, he was not happy with the person that did the estimate.
