Robyn said she wasn't kept updated on what was going on that much and she initiated most of the contact. She mentioned they called but not as frequent as she would have preferred. Her vehicle was an unspecified amount of time late but it was not this business' fault because the insurance company was dragging their feet. She stated she would have liked them to have called more often.
