Tom said they were considerate and conscientious about the paint matching. His vehicle wasn't ready when promised, because the paint didn't match. They had to repaint the vehicle. It was 3 to 4 days late. He said he wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. He had to chase the status down too many times.
