Spoke with Lisa. She said she did not get updates during her repair experience. She when came to pick up her vehicle, the warning lights on her dashboard were flashing. They attempted to see what was going on and her vehicle ended up in their service department. It took over 2 weeks to get her vehicle back and she ended up having to leave work early so she could find out the status of the vehicle. She said she is still upset about it and it was an inconvenience. No one has told her what happened to her vehicle. When her vehicle was returned the battery was disconnected. She was not kept adequately informed and she had to contact this business for updates. She was not given the estimate. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because of the lack of information she was given and the lack of concern they showed. She is unhappy with the communication because they did not keep her updated. She would not recommend this business to others based on this experience.
