Shabnam said this business provided excellent customer service and they kept her informed via text messages. She said this business would notify her about any changes and she was very pleased. When she picked her vehicle up there was an issue with the paperwork because she did not like how it was written. This business wanted her to sign a paper that indicated that if the insurance company does not pay the $4,400 she would be liable to pay that amount. She said the receptionist informed her that the legal document was printed out wrong. The representative insisted that she should just sign the paperwork even with the typo instead of addressing her concerns. She said overall this business did great work and her vehicle looks fantastic.
