John said the vehicle took 4 months to fix because parts had to come from overseas. There were a couple of estimated times and the vehicle was ready by the second estimated time. This business kept him very well informed of the progress of the parts acquisition throughout this experience. He complimented the personnel and especially Randy, the manager. He mentioned his wife said the repair is meticulous and it makes up for the terribly long wait.
