Michael said he was not satisfied with the business's communication because they did not call him and he felt like he was doing all of the chasing. The guy at the business told him he would get the part for him and give him a call and he did not. It turns out he did not even need the part and it was a 10 minute job and he does not feel like the guy was being completely honest with him.
