Spoke with Chris. He said he believes this business stole the amplifier, which was screwed into his trunk. He wanted to call, but he signed a paper stating he took all of his belongings out of the vehicle. He was far from satisfied with the repair this business did. When he first received his vehicle the belt was making a noise, which made it sound like a hyena. He took his vehicle back to the business to complete the repairs the right way. The repairs took 6 weeks and he's unsure why. They never called him to inform him with any progress on the vehicle, he always had to call in. When he got his estimate they said his belt was messed up and he had to pay for it. He had to call the insurance company for the belt to be included in the estimate. He wasn't satisfied with the personnel because he's unsure which one of them stole from his vehicle. He wouldn't recommend this business for repairs due to all of the previous reasons stated.
