Thomas said he was not quite impressed with them. They were helpful though. He had taken his vehicle in because he couldn't pop the hood. He told them to fix it. They forgot. The rest of the work was fine. There was no promised time but it took longer than he anticipated. They didn't call to keep him informed. He had to call them and the emails he did receive were not helpful as he was not provided with the proper information to get into their system. He was not satisfied with the communication and would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.
