Carlton said his vehicle looked good when he received it. His vehicle was delayed about 3 days, but he wasn't given a reason. The online updates didn't keep up with the progress of his vehicle. He called twice to check on the status. The experience was expensive, but he wasn't sure if it was because BMW's are fragile.
