Kathleen said she was satisfied with every aspect of her experience with this business. She explained she was in a very bad accident and was terrified about getting her vehicle repaired, but the minute she walked into this business they put her at ease. She pointed out this business turned a worrisome time for her into a pleasant experience. Jeff, the person who helped her with everything, went over everything with her, emailed her with status reports, and he also called her with updates. She mentioned Jeff was wonderful, and so was the woman at the desk who took care of everything regarding Enterprise for Kathleen. She added they were both absolutely wonderful. Kathleen remarked her vehicle is like it was when it was new, and it looks wonderful.
