David said they did a great job but it was difficult to find out the status of his vehicle. The automated system informed him his vehicle was ready on a Thursday but when he went in they told him they still needed to do a quality check and a cleaning so it ended up being ready on Friday. His vehicle is pulling to the right and needs to be realigned. He will be contacting the business this week about this issue. It was not easy to understand the timing and the status of the part shipping from the automated system and he wished there were more phone calls. It was an overall good experience.
