Spoke with Cheryl. She said they poked a hole in the leather. They did not promise her a time that the vehicle would be ready. The vehicle had been ready for 3 days. They said they called her but she didn't receive a call. She was not there when the estimate was given. The engine light is also on again. She will call the business and see if she can bring it in on Saturday because she is going out of town.
