Matthew said this business was very friendly and helpful. They did an incredible job on the repairs. He said he feels the repairs took entirely too long. It took them nearly three weeks for a repair that should have only taken a week. He was never given a firm guideline as far as when his vehicle would be ready. He noted he feels the person that was actually in charge of the repairs should have been contacting him directly instead of somebody that was unsure of the status of the repairs. When he would ask a question they would have to get back to him with an accurate answer.
