Alain said he is happy with the service, but the repairs took 2 days longer than expected because the paint needed to dry. The business did not call him with updates, he had to call in and wait for them to return his calls. The business should improve their communication with the customers by keeping them informed of the progress of the repairs and making sure repairs are done on time.
