Michael said his vehicle was ready 3 days later than promised and he does not know why. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because as he was making plans to pick up his vehicle they emailed him about the delay with his vehicle. His preference is not to have his estimator again because he was slow at returning phone calls. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personal and he was not satisfied with the business's communication because of the reasons already stated. He would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated.
