Spoke with Darryl. He said the process took two weeks longer than expected because the adjustor had to keep coming back to approve additional work. He was not happy with the original estimate because they found additional damage three times. The email notification package was not updated, so he had to call them each time to get an update about the repair. He was happy with the work they did and he would use this business again if he needs auto body work.
