Marilyn said she called Monday. She asked the business if they could order the replacement hood and bumper so they would be available on Thursday when she came in. When she brought the vehicle in on Thursday the parts had not been ordered yet. On the following Monday she received an e-mail informing her that the hood had been ordered. She believes he did not do a good job communicating during the repair process. Marilyn was told she would be receiving e-mail updates on the status of her vehicle but she did not get them. Her vehicle was ready that Friday. The delay was about a week. She mentioned the business does a good job but she would ask for a different service advisor next time.
