Irene said she wasn't kept adequately informed. She received an email on Tuesday when she brought her vehicle in. She was supposed to receive more emails and text messages. She called to let them know she had not received any more emails or test messages. She received another email a week late. She never received a text message, even when it showed they had sent one. Her last email was when she picked up her vehicle. She said something must be wrong on their end.
