Patti-ann said it took a couple of days longer than promised due to a parts delay. When they were removing the trim the technician damaged the vehicle and they had to order the parts to fix what they damaged. They were also rude, they argued with each other in front of customers, and did not acknowledge that she was in the office. When she tried to speak with the manager they were not available. She had to keep calling them. At one point, this business did not know they had her vehicle in their possession. She had to fight with them to prove that she was the owner of the vehicle. The first phone call she received, the gentleman had an attitude when she tried to ask a question. The affiliated service department is exceptional. She would recommend the affiliated service department and dealership, but not this business due to the reasons mentioned.
