Gerald said the repair work was horrible initially. The vehicle had to go back and the work was fine after that. The repairs took an additional week because they had to wait for the insurance company to approve original parts as opposed to the reconditioned parts they originally approved. After that, the parts had to be ordered. He had to call them for updates more than they called him. The communication between the business itself, the affiliated parts department and other unspecified involved entities was confusing and dysfunctional. He would not recommend them for the reason mentioned.
