Toby said he rated his overall experience with the business a 3 because there was a lag in the repair cost and it took too long. His vehicle was ready 1 day later than promised because the business ordered the wrong part. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process and he did not elaborate on a reason why. He was not satisfied with the shop's communication because of the reasons already stated.
