Fernando said it took 12 days for what was a minor repair. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because there were no details on the estimate. The communication was not satisfactory because the updates were not specific. He would not recommend the business because of how long it took for the repairs and the communication. He also said he has notified the insurance company regarding his dissatisfaction with the business.
