David said his experience was horrible. The customer service was inattentive and unresponsive. There was no communication or updates and he was not called when the vehicle was finished. Communication in the form of email updates are still arriving a full week since the vehicle has been picked up. David requested some extra work, he was told this would be done, but the work was not done. The vehicle was seven days late. This business did not call to alert him to the delay. An email arrived that said a part had been delayed. The advisor did not do his job and David was not treated in a fashion that he would expect, given he is an owner of a BMW. He will not recommend this business because of the way he was treated.
