Fred said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because there were ripples on the door, scratches on the glass, the seat belt was loose and the color was wrong. It took them 3 tries in over a month to complete the work correctly but it all worked out and they were nice. He said it seems like they were rushing, they should not hurry to complete repairs.

Unfortunately this is a very accurate description of Fred's experience at our body shop, but as you can tell by his comments every effort was made to correct our errors and to make sure the work was up to par with Fred's stringent standards.
